5 steps to invrease your google page rank
1. Join forums, forums are a great way to achieve links to your website. In most forums you are allowed to have a signature and in your signature you can put a link to your website. But another important note to look on is making sure the forum is somewhat related to your website. You will still get credit if it's not, but if it's related to your website than you will be accomplishing two tasks at once.
You will be advertising for your website (bringing in targeted traffic) You will also be building your websites presence.
Your websites presence is very important to your survival. The more people see, or hear about your website the more credibility you will have and this increases your chances of having these visitors come back and possibly become leads.
2. Submit to search engine directories. Search engine directories are a good way to get a free link to your website. They also increase your chances at being listed higher on popular search engines like Google, and overture.
Most search engine directories allow you to submit to their website for free. This will allow you to increase your web presence by being listed on another search engine, and it will also be a free link.
Remember the more links you have the higher your PR will be
3. Using ezine ads (or newsletters). Creating an ezine will probably be the most beneficial step you can take to increasing your web presence. When you create an ezine you will be able to keep visitors coming back to your website for more by using signatures and giving special deals.
Ezine's will also allow you to increase your back links. By creating an ezine you can submit your information about your ezine to an ezine directory. This directory will than link to your website(thus giving you a free link).
4. Creating and publishing articles. Articles are an easy source of generating new traffic. You can include your signature in your article. This will bring in more traffic from article submission directories.
Your signature usually consists of 4 to 8 lines. Usually the first line would be the title of the website that you are trying to advertise. The last line would be the link to the website and the lines in between these would be a sales pitch to draw your viewers into your website.
5. Links from related websites. Gaining links from related websites can be one of the most frustrating tasks you can attempt.
They are very easy to find, but can be somewhat difficult to obtain links from.
To find related websites, all you have to do is go to a search engine... say Google... and type in your subject. Maybe your website is based on ford mustangs.

What is Outsourcing?
There has been a lot of discussion about outsourcing in recent years. The flat world order let you outsource work to any part of the world, leading to offshore outsourcing.
In the late 20th century, enterprises explored offshore outsourcing to gain competitive and strategic advantage. In the early 21st century, Internet made the world smaller, hence reducing the complexity of cross-border business, thus bringing it within the reach of small and medium sized businesses.
On another thought,
We have been outsourcing for ages. We outsource our house maintenance work to plumbers, carpenters and electricians; food to the popular restaurant down the lane; parcel delivery to the postal service; etc.
Therefore Outsourcing is a fundamental business process, i.e. division of labor, leading to specialization.
Why Outsource?
Outsourcing is an important business decision. Therefore it is important that you properly evaluate your needs. Some reasons why
you may want to outsource are listed below:
• You have more work than you can do on your own.
• You do not have the skills or experience to do a specific task, and you do not want your existing client to talk to a competitor.
• You do not have an optimized process framework to do a particular task or project. The same can be done by an outsourcing partner more efficiently and effectively.
• You want to optimize your profits by reducing your costs.
• You want to bring agility to your dynamic business by converting fixed costs into variable costs.
• You want your team to focus on your core strengths and future strategy, while outsource tasks which are no longer key differentiators in your industry.
• You want to diversify as your business evolves, but also keep your existing business and revenue stream intact.
Here is when outsourcing does not work!
• Outsourcing may not work for everyone and in every situation. Some situations when outsourcing may not be a good solution are:
• The time and financial investment required to set up an outsourcing relationship is not feasible due to time constrains and the ROI that the relationship is expected to deliver
• The talent required to deliver your service is unique, and is not easily available outside your organization
• Your rates are not high enough to ensure profitability for you and your outsourcing partner
Before you outsource
Identify your outsourcing needs
Before you rush into outsourcing, take the time to think through some fundamental questions:
• What is your business strategy?
• What sets you apart from your competitors?
• What are your business processes?
• What is your core process?
• What resources do you have in house?
• What are the costs of doing these processes in house?
• Which processes can be outsourced?
• Where can the process be done the best and the cheapest?
• Who will manage the outsourcing relationship from your end?
• What are your expectations from your outsourcing partner?
• How will you measure and communicate results with your outsourcing partner?
The three levels of outsourcing
Outsourcing can happen at three different levels.
1) Outsourcing a task
When it is essential to have direct control of the project, you may outsource some or all the tasks, while managing the project in-house.
Here you may be looking to reduce the cost or bring in special capabilities to effectively and efficiently execute the project.
Example:
• Design to XHTML conversion
• Blogging, Article writing
• Link building
• Testing a website
• Resolving support tickets
• Telemarketing
2) Outsourcing a project
When you have a well defined project scope and an agreed upon process and deliverables, you may outsource the end-to-end project delivery.
Here, your outsourcing partner provides the project management services where you bring in consulting and customer relationship management capabilities.
Example:
• Web site design
• Ecommerce site development
• Web application development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
3) Outsourcing a process
You can also outsource an entire process, i.e. a set of related tasks from every project. This enables a company to let go off an entire non-strategic activity.
It is important to decide the task, project or process you wish to outsource based on the above mentioned pointers.

What is alexa statistics and how it works
Many people tend to use alexa as their web traffic reporting. I use alexa too, because it looks reliable and seem increasingly popular.
What is alexa? Alexa Internet, Inc. is a California, U.S.-based subsidiary company of Amazon.com that is known for its toolbar and website. Once installed, the toolbar collects data on browsing behavior which is transmitted to the website where it is stored and analyzed and is the basis for the company’sweb traffic reporting.
This time, I’ll only covering Traffic Stats bar, because it’s more interesting than other. Cock Traffic Stats and choose traffic Rank, you’ll got reporting similar to the above snapshot. Here’s the explanation.
1. Traffic Rank
Traffic rank is your traffic position compared to all of sites being monitored by alexa. So, this is not a worldwide rank. But if you got a good rank in alexa report, it mean that you’ve a good site rank, because alexa up to now monitor Millions of sites. Rank 20 Million, is a start, but that’s a good point. Just to remembering yourself that there’s Billion of sites and blog now and it’s number increased by day.
If you got 7 digit rank, that’s a good thing. Keep a good posting until you reach 6 digit. As a clue, I got about 200 visitor a day and got 1.5 Million rank. This site rank 490K with about 500 visitors a day. and your site?
If your traffic rank is low, here’s my suggestion :
- Post Everyday, at least 1 post
- Post with an unique content. don’t just copy and paste. You can rearrange, scramble the article or rewrite with your own language, with an addition and reduction here and there
- Submit your article to many search engine and blog directory
- Do link exchange
2. Reach
Reach mean Percent of global Internet users who your site. How can it be small fraction?. Yea of course, this value compared with all internet users. For a description, google got 34%, yahoo 26% and microsoft 3.95%. What do you think of your site?.
Your reach correspond linearly with your unique visitor number.
3. Pageviews
You may got only 100 visitor a day, but every visitor open your site more than 1 site. Alexa count this activity and report them as pageviews. So pageviews information give you a clue about how interesting your site and your post is.
If your pageviews is less than 2, It mean, visitor not visiting your other pages/posts, try following ideas:
- Put Related posts below each post
- Put latest, and popular post in more visible areas
- Rearrange your menu to navigate easily.
- Change themes or typo of your web, maybe visitors eyes getting sick of your site because of too hot color (red/blue in a large areas, small and too strong text color etc).
4. Pageviews/user
If pageviews counting total views, pageviews/user telling you the average of user pageviews. and again, this is very useful information about your page in visitor opinion. Try to improve your pageviews/user as stated at point 3 above.
5. % bounce
% Bounces show you how many percent your visitors leave site without reading another posts. This related to pageviews/user too. 100% bounce mean that pageviews/user only 1
6. Time on Site
Time on site show you average time your visitor reading your post. This is of course very good when they spent more time in your site. Time reporting in second. More time mean your post is interesting, and they read your post very well.
If your Time on site is very low (lower than 60 second), try to improve your write skill, improve your english, write an interesting topic or give interesting illustration in your sites.
7. % Reach
There’s 2 kind of visitor comes into your site, which in Search Engine Optimization context, they call it : Organic search and Non-organic Search. Organic search is people comes to your site by write in search engine some keyword, and non organic search is people comes from your site by referring from other site. Organic search is most important, because it shows your position in search engine page result. Feel yourself, when you search for a story, you’ll check; probably only 1 or two page result. So, if your % reach is high, I bet that in some keyword, your search result at least in page 1 or 2.
if your % reach is small, you can increase only by writing an unique articles, and make sure that your site crawled by search engine.
